Standard Package

50% deposit required at the time of booking; balance due 30 days before arrival.
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
Refunds possible (see terms and conditions).

Cancellation policy:

More than 60 days prior to arrival date: full refund
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival date: 50% deposit is retained and non-refundable
Less than 30 days before arrival date: full payment is due and non-refundable
Refunds may be possible for cancellations made the day before arrival (before 12 noon) with supporting documentation only (see our Terms and Conditions)

Liberté Package

50% deposit upon booking
Balance due 14 days prior to arrival date

Liberté Package

Cancellation policy

More than 14 days before arrival date: the stay is refunded in full
Less than 14 days before arrival date: the stay is due in full and non-refundable
Refunds may be possible if cancellation occurs the day before the scheduled arrival (before 12 noon) only with supporting documentation (see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale)

Long stay offer

Enjoy a 10% discount on the Standard or Liberté packages for stays of 7 nights or more, depending on the validity period.

Enjoy total peace of mind when gathering with family and friends. Let our team take care of everything for your tailor-made stay when you book 3 to 9 accommodations at the same time. Whenever possible, our staff will place your group in the same area. Bookings by phone only.
