Details of our offer:

• A deposit of 50% of the total price, inclusive of taxes, of the booking must be received by the Provider when a reservation is made more than 30 days before the start of the stay. The balance is payable one month before arrival.
• The full amount payable for the booking must be received by the Provider within when a reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of the stay.

Details of our cancellation policy:

• If cancellation happens more than forty five (45) days before the start date of the stay, the total amount of the tariff is reimbursed by the company, excepted forty euros (40) for the Service.
• If cancellation happens between the 44th (forty-fourth) and the 30th (thirtieth) before the start date of the stay, 25% of the total amount of the tariff for the Service is kept by the company.
• All sums paid are retained if the cancellation is made after the 30th (thirtieth) day before the start date of the stay.

When reimbursement is due for a cancellation initiated by the Client and not in a force majeure situation, the company will send the refund by bank transfer to the Client within 60 days from the date of the cancellation. However, on the condition that the applicable legislation permits, the company reserves the right to reimburse the Client in another form, namely a voucher.

Liberty offer

Unconditional and completely free cancellation up to 14 days before your arrival. Offer valid except weekends and bank holidays. Discover our special conditions. Flexible payment conditions: 50% booking deposit and payment of the balance 30 days before arrival.

The details of our Freedom offer:

• The Freedom offer is valid throughout the season, excluding short stays taking place only on weekends (nights from Friday to Saturday and/or from 07/04/2023 to 10/04/2023; from 28/04/2023 to 01/05/2023; from 05/05/2023 to 08/05/2023; from 17/05/2023 to 21/05/2023; from 26/05/2023 to 29/05/2023).
• A deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation must be received within 7 days. The balance will be payable 30 days before arrival.
• The total amount of the reservation price must be received within a maximum of 7 days in case of a reservation made less than 30 days before the start of the stay.

Details of our cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation without charges and without justification is possible more than 14 (fourteen) days before your arrival.

• Cancellation between 13 days and the day of arrival no longer entails any refund from Kon Tiki. It is possible to take out cancellation insurance with our partner GRITCHEN AFFINITY.
